Overview
Yellow fever is a serious viral infection spread by mosquitoes in parts of sub-Saharan Africa and tropical South America. Many countries require an International Certificate of Vaccination (ICVP) on entry. Uttoxeter Travel Clinic is a registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre.

Single dose at least 10 days before travel — usually gives lifelong protection.
Around 99% effective. Certificate becomes valid 10 days after vaccination.
